A declaration of participation in "Kehilata’s" events
"Event" – means any event that is published in the event calendar for Kehilata members.
The following items will not be allowed on the event location: firearms and / or cold weapons of any kind, are strictly prohibited and constitute a violation of the law.
If a member of the community who paid the participation fee and came to the event location with any of the above objects his entrance to the event will not be allowed.
There will be no storage of objects at the event location.
Kehilata is not responsible for any bodily or property damage caused within or outside the event location, whether direct, indirect, secondary, or consequential damage, including in the parking lots near the event location. Entrance to the event site is subject to inspection and security search. A participant who interferes with the course of the event will be removed from the location and will not be entitled to any compensation.
Kehilata is not responsible, whether directly or indirectly for the content of the event, disruptions during the event and / or in connection with the event. Participation in events is subject to the above and the terms of use on the Website, as well as local, security and police forces and event’s location managers.
Participation in the event is subject to the instructions and / or guidelines and / or rules of Kehilata and / or of the security and rescue forces, local authorities, etc.
By paying the participation fee for the event, I declare and confirm that I will comply with all safety regulations as well as the existing restrictions.
By approving this form, I waive any claim of any kind against Kehilata and / or any of its employees and / or managers and / or owners and / or anyone on its behalf. The above waiver is for any damage that may be caused to me as a result of the mis-declaring the declaration above and / or as a result of my violation of any of the instructions and / or rules that apply to me as a participant in the event.
